Planet Woman/Planet Group Fitness Classes

With three locations for women only - two in Kamloops and one in Merritt, plus a Co-Ed location in Merritt (Planet Fitness), Planet Woman Ladies Fitness has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals in our spacious, state-of-the-art studios! All four locations have some things in common, such as 24/7 hours of operation, monthly or annual memberships, personal trainers, cardio equipment and weight machines for every level of fitness and body type. Each location is unique as well.

Our 1901 Quilchena Avenue location in Merritt is unique in offering Co-Ed group fitness classes for women and men. Our classes will meet your needs from flexibility and relaxation to cardio and strength combinations. All classes are led by enthusiastic instructors applying safe, up-to-date techniques designed for motivation and fun!
