With three locations for women only - two in Kamloops and one in Merritt, plus a co-ed location in Merritt (Planet Fitness), our gyms offer members the following and more:

Co-Ed Classes at Planet Fitness, our Quilchena Avenue Location in Merritt
We are excited to offer our members Co-Ed Classes at our Quilchena location in Merritt! These include Spin Class, Muscle Mix, Yoga, Cardio Combo, Cardio Energy and Bootcamp. Each is geared to all fitness levels, and designed to target specific aspects of your training plan. See below for brief descriptions of these classes, all of which are led by motivated and enthusiastic instructors! Contact us or email the Merritt Co-Ed location manager if you have any questions.
Co-Ed Spin offers a high intensity indoor cycling class, in which participants ride to the rhythm of energizing music led by our motivated instructors.
Mondays 6 - 7 PM & Thursdays 5:45 - 6:45 PM.
Co-Ed Muscle Mix is for total body conditioning, including strength and cardio. We utilize body weight exercises and free weights interspersed with cardio intervals and finished with stretching.
Mondays 9 - 10 PM.
Co-Ed Yoga features slow movements focusing on stretching and bending, breathing and relaxation. All set to soothing music to reduce muscle tension and promote flexibility.
Tuesdays 9 - 10 AM.
Co-Ed Cardio Combo incorporates low impact and power moves including strength and core components, finishing with stretching.
Wednesdays 9 - 10 AM.
Co-Ed Bootcamp consists of high intensity intervals and core exercises. This workout is done in a timed circuit style with stations set up around the gym that focus on multi-joint and full body exercises. All fitness levels are welcome.
Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:30 PM.
Co-Ed Cardio Energy is a high energy class with cardio exercises and combinations from HiLo aerobics, kickboxing and POUND. Class ends with core strength and muscle stretch.
Fridays 9 - 10 AM.
All four locations offer the services of CFES or BCRPA certified personal trainers who are dedicated to helping you set and achieve your personal, individualized fitness and nutritional goals. Our trainers use the most up-to-date knowledge and equipment in helping you start and maintain a path to success and inner motivation in your approach to fitness and lifestyle.
If inner motivation isn't enough some days, count on your trainer to give that little push - to remind you of your measurable successes so far, to help you avoid injury by showing you the right way to train, to hold you accountable to your fitness goals!
